Our hearts are with everyone who has been impacted by this virus across our global community. In the midst of this pandemic, we are reminded of how quickly things can change and that we should take nothing for granted.
We are continuously monitoring the evolution of the coronavirus epidemic (COVID-19) and its global impact on our colleagues and operations. We have now started to increase our staff levels and working hours, following guidelines from the government, and adhering to stringent safety procedures to ensure everyone’s safety.
Firebird appreciate this is difficult times for everyone, but we are endeavouring to reduce the level of disruption within our business but would appreciate your patience in these times.
Boiler servicing and warranty
Firebird understand that some customers may have difficulty getting their boiler serviced during the Coronavirus lockdown and that the delay to the annual service may breach the terms of the product warranty. We are taking a common-sense approach and are currently allowing extension of warranties to July, to support customers. We will continue to review this extension as more information becomes available regarding the duration of the lockdown and will extend if necessary.
