The world is experiencing its most difficult time since World War II, Firebird would like to take a moment to update you on how we’re responding to the coronavirus.
Our hearts are with everyone who has been impacted by this virus across our global community. In the midst of a pandemic, we are reminded of how quickly things can change and that we should take nothing for granted.
We’re continuously monitoring the evolution of the coronavirus epidemic (COVID-19) and its global impact on our colleagues and operations. Our main objective is to balance employee safety with business continuity and following the heightened restrictions implemented by the Government to help reduce the spread of the Coronavirus.
Boiler servicing and warranty
Firebird understand that some customers may have difficulty getting their boiler serviced during the Coronavirus lockdown and that the delay to the annual service may breach the terms of the product warranty. We are taking a common-sense approach and are currently allowing extension of warranties to April 2021, to support customers. We will continue to review this extension as more information becomes available regarding the duration of the lockdown and will extend if necessary.
