Product Familiarisation
As all of our products are developed in-house we have a highly experienced and knowledgeable team who provide extensive product familiarisation courses at our centres in Plymouth and Newry Northern Ireland.
All product familiarisation courses involve hands-on demonstrations of Firebird products as well as practical advice from our trusted experts on installation, commissioning, service and repair.

Keep an eye on or social media pages for open days and coffee mornings organised on a regular basis with our customers.
We also have Firebird product display vans show casing our products. Our team can meet you on site or at one of the open days and run through the products with you.
