Regular Boilers, which are also referred to as a heat only, or conventional boilers are generally found in more traditional heating systems.
Providing heat for radiators and separate hot water cylinders (usually located in an airing cupboard), they are installed as part of a system. Regular ‘Heat Only’ Boilers can form part of a sealed system or open vent system.
This type of heating system is particularly suited to larger households, with multiple
bathrooms, as hot water is stored in a large volume cylinder capable of supporting
multiple tap outlets at the same time.*
